This policy explains how Avilqora (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use Avilqora AI Poster & Advertisement Maker (the “Service”). We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a secure hash of your password (we never store your password itself).
- Content: designs you save, images you upload, prompts you enter and AI images generated for you.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status and payment records (amount, date, status, payment method type). Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information for security, session management and abuse prevention (e.g. rate limiting), and server logs.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: sign-in, saving designs, generating images and exporting posters.
- To process subscriptions and payments through Razorpay.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and enforce fair-use limits.
- To send essential emails such as verification, password reset and billing notices.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your designs or uploads to train AI models.
Service providers
We share data only as needed to run the Service, with providers bound by confidentiality:
- Hosting and database (our web host).
- File storage for uploads and generated images (e.g. Cloudflare R2).
- Payments (Razorpay).
- Email delivery (our SMTP provider).
- GPU servers that generate AI images from your prompts.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a secure, http-only session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual designs and images at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from Account settings, which removes your profile, designs, uploads and generated images. We may keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance. Most of this can be done directly in your account; otherwise contact us using the details below.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls that keep each user's content private, rate limiting and server-side validation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 or over.
