These terms form an agreement between you and Avilqora for the use of Avilqora AI Poster & Advertisement Maker (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, logos and images you upload and of the posters you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to operate the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos, trademarks and photos of people.
3. AI-generated images
AI images are produced automatically from your prompts. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use images generated for you in your designs, including for commercial purposes. Results can be imperfect or resemble existing works; review them before publishing. You are responsible for how you use the output.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create or share content that:
- is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or violent;
- infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- impersonates others or makes misleading claims in advertising;
- attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or bypass its limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, limits and fair use
Each plan includes the limits shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard (AI generations, saved designs, storage, export size). AI generation also has hourly fair-use limits and depends on GPU capacity; it may occasionally be unavailable or queued. We may change plan features with reasonable notice.
6. Payments
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. A plan is activated only after Razorpay confirms the payment. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important exports.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
